ProSpeak – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by ProSpeak (“ProSpeak,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using any ProSpeak programs, classes, platforms, or materials, you (“Student,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

ProSpeak provides professional English language training services for adults, including but not limited to:

- Business and workplace English

- Professional communication skills

- Pronunciation and accent improvement

- Online and/or in-person instruction

- Corporate English training programs

Specific course content, schedules, formats, and pricing may vary and are outlined at the time of enrollment.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adult learners only. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Enrollment & Payment

- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or an agreed-upon payment plan is completed.

- All fees are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change.

- Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule.

- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing.

-Refunds are not guaranteed once a course has begun.

- Missed classes, late arrivals, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds.

- ProSpeak reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable alternatives or credits may be offered.

5. Attendance & Participation

- Students are expected to attend classes on time and participate respectfully.

- Repeated absences, disruptive behavior, or misuse of class time may result in removal from the program without refund.

- ProSpeak is not responsible for a student’s progress if attendance or participation is inconsistent.

6. Learning Results Disclaimer

While ProSpeak provides high-quality instruction and proven teaching methods:

- Individual results vary based on effort, attendance, and prior language ability.

- ProSpeak does not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, test scores, fluency level, or job placement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ProSpeak, including lesson plans, videos, recordings, documents, and digital content, are the exclusive property of ProSpeak.

- Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed, or resold without written permission.

- Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. Recording Policy

- Classes may be recorded by ProSpeak for quality assurance, training, or student review.

- Students may not record sessions without explicit written consent from ProSpeak.

- By participating, you consent to reasonable internal use of recordings.

9. Online Classes & Technology

For online programs:

- Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and suitable device.

- ProSpeak is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.

- Missed sessions due to technical issues on the student’s side are not refundable.

10. International Users

Students agree to:

- Treat instructors and classmates with respect

- Avoid offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

- Comply with all classroom guidelines

Violation of conduct standards may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- ProSpeak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the applicable program.

12. Privacy

ProSpeak respects your privacy. Personal information is collected and used solely for educational, administrative, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Termination

ProSpeak reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

- These Terms are violated

- Payment obligations are not met

- Misconduct occurs

Termination does not entitle the student to a refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws where ProSpeak operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Modifications

ProSpeak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
